Our Process
Sourcing done the right way
General Contractor, Electrician Developer or Owner of project hires us as a consultant first to source the correct lighting fixtures based on project DD phase.
- You will be able to avoid increased costs with a GMP (Guaranteed Maximum Price), since sometimes lighting fixtures cost can be affected by outside forces, we can easily offer alternatives which will fit budget and quality desired.
- You will get an excel chart with alternate product comparisons giving you all details of the alternate and the main fixture specs and costs side by side.
- We will also upon request bring samples for side by side comparisons allowing for feeling and seeing all fixtures before the final choice is made.
CMDS on steroids
We then intervene as a distributor but also work hard to manage everyone's number one concern: Time. We aid in the timeline by cutting the amount of time by weeks using our CMDS service.
Single point of contact
A dedicated single point of contact is selected for each project enabling streamlined communication: You will have the same contact for the entire project for delivery, order changes, distribution, or any specifics.

CMDS (Controlled Management Delivery System) Save days to weeks
- At least 24 hours before delivery, the electrical contractor will receive a packing list of all fixtures by type and location being delivered
- AQL Group owns its own delivery trucks enabling direct to job or warehouse delivery with 100% responsiveness to delivery request such as time, date, location and quantity of fixtures.
- All deliveries are checked by our AQL Group quality control team and each fixture no matter how small, is hand checked and verified before delivery. If any error should arise, we will remedy it expediently.
